Mr. Chintakunta Munnuswamy Rajesh

Mr. C M Rajesh is one of the Founding Directors who has shaped Rithwik Projects since its early days. His expertise lies in competitive bidding, business development, and managing operations across all group verticals. Mr. Rajesh leads project acquisition efforts and has a keen eye for identifying new market opportunities. His hands-on approach to operational management ensures projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Under his leadership, the group has executed several pioneering infrastructure projects that were firsts in India. He continues to drive growth strategies and guide all group companies toward their business objectives, keeping Rithwik Projects competitive in India's evolving infrastructure sector.

Mr. Gummalla Govardhan Naidu

An engineering graduate from JNTU, Hyderabad, Mr. Govardhan Naidu brings with him extensive experience in power and irrigation projects. He began his career with Kesoram Cements before serving as Assistant Divisional Engineer at APSEB until 2001. As General Manager at Rithwik Power Projects between 2001-2006, he led the construction and commissioning of a 7.5 MW biomass power plant in Tekulapalli, Khammam. Later, as Director of Rithwik Energy Generation, he executed a 24MW Mini Hydel Scheme in Karnataka including civil works. His notable achievements include the Bansagar Canal Project in UP (March 2019), and the 1.1 km Tupakulagdem Barrage across River Godavari. Currently, he leads multiple hydro projects: Tapovan, Dhaulasidh, Sunni, and Rangit IV Hydro Electric Projects, showcasing his expertise in complex infrastructure development.

Mr. Rithwik Ramesh

Mr. Rithwik Ramesh is the second-generation entrepreneur currently serving as the President – Operations at Rithwik Projects Pvt. Ltd. With a background in Economics and Finance from Drexel University, USA, he brings strong financial insight and a modern approach to the company’s operations. At Rithwik Projects, he plays a vital role in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic fund management. He has been instrumental in introducing systems and processes that have helped the organization transition from a traditional family-run setup to a more structured and professional business model. In addition to his core responsibilities in operations, Rithwik leads the company’s tunneling division, where under his leadership, Rithwik Projects successfully completed the Veligonda Tunnel project — an intricate irrigation tunnel executed using a tunnel boring machine. He also spearheaded the RVNL Package 6 project, a prestigious 19-km tunnel constructed using the NATM method, valued at ₹1,800 crore. This project set a new benchmark for the company, achieving 820 meters of tunneling in a single month — an internal record. Rithwik’s leadership is marked by a clear focus on modernization, operational excellence, and project delivery, all of which continue to strengthen Rithwik Projects’ position in the infrastructure sector.
